1. This build is a product demo

AiYue is a working product prototype. The people shown on the site are fictional demo profiles and the photographs are illustrative stock portraits. Replace them with real, consented member profiles before any public launch.

If Stripe is not configured, the checkout is a simulation. It never contacts a card network, never stores card details, and never charges money. A banner and receipt on the checkout page confirm demo mode.

2. AiYue Plus membership

AiYue Plus unlocks unlimited matches and unlimited messages, including the ability to send the seventh and every later message in a conversation. It also unlocks members-only likes and priority introductions as described on the site.

When Stripe is enabled, your payment is processed by Stripe and the membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. When the demo console is in use, membership activation is simulated and no charge occurs. In either case, your membership period is shown in your account and on the receipt.

You may cancel at any time from the receipt screen. You keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again. We do not retain full card numbers at any point.

3. Gift credits

Gift credits are a one-time, prepaid balance used inside AiYue to send virtual gifts. Credits never expire. Prices and bonus credits are shown before purchase. Gifts are delivered as messages in your conversation and have no cash value; they cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

In demo mode, credit purchases are simulated. In live mode, purchases are processed by Stripe. If a gift cannot be delivered because the conversation is unavailable, the credit is not deducted.

4. Privacy, simply

We collect the minimum needed to run the site: your name, email, birthday (for the 18+ check), password hash, gender, approximate location label, membership status, gift balance, conversations, and order records. Guest accounts have no email or password and expire after seven days. Passwords are salted and hashed with scrypt; session cookies are HTTP-only and same-site.

• Demo conversations are stored in data/db.json on the server that runs this build.

For a live service in the EU/UK or California, complete a GDPR/UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA review, appoint a data protection contact, document lawful bases and retention periods, and provide a self-service deletion flow.

5. Google sign-in & third-party integrations

You can create an AiYue account with an email and password. If enabled by the operator, you can also continue with Google. Google shares your name, verified email address, profile image URL and a Google account identifier; we never receive your Google password. We use the verified email to create or link your AiYue account. New social accounts must still complete the 18+ birthday and community-terms onboarding step before matching, messaging or purchasing.

An operator may connect Stripe for billing and an outbound webhook endpoint (for example a CRM, lifecycle email platform or analytics service). These providers are independent data processors and their terms apply to data sent to them. Our signed webhook events can include account identifiers, email address, match and conversation metadata, gift and membership status. They never include passwords, session tokens or full card details.

Guest preview is an optional, no-email way to try the service. It is confirmed 18+, limited to one match and three messages, stored on this browser for seven days, and cannot use gifts or billing. Guest profiles are deleted or become inaccessible after expiry unless you save them as a free account. Saving a guest pass adds an email and password and converts the same account, retaining the conversation history.

All demo profiles are fictional. Portraits are stock photographs used for demo content only and must be replaced with consented member photos before a real launch.

This build does not include advertising pixels or cross-site trackers by default. If you add them, update this notice, obtain any required consent, and document the legal basis and retention periods.

6. Safety and community values

AiYue is for adults 18 and over. Be kind. Do not harass, impersonate, solicit money, share someone's private information, or use the service for fraud. In a live build, add blocking, reporting, moderation queues, device and image safety checks, and a clear law-enforcement process.

No one should pressure you to leave the platform, send money, or share intimate images. Trust your instincts and end a conversation that feels wrong.

7. Terms of use

You need to be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your session. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or harm other people.

The site is provided as-is for demonstration and product evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, AiYue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this demo. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by consumer law.
